Recycled Art Journal Book 1

recycled+book+post-440x1024My favorite idea from last year was creating an inexpensive journal system for over 400 students. They provided old cereal boxes for covers, the school provided book rings and I provided the 9″ x 12″ drawing paper and 2-hole punch. Students would work on 6″ x 9″ papers each week, and add it to their book when finished. It kept papers organized, created a nice portfolio, and had a lot more completed work than ever before. If you would like all these pages in one convenient file, just visit my PDF Shop HERE.

Here’s an overview of the 12 art lessons pages:
• Six Art Elements lessons: Line, Shape/Form, Space, Color, Value, Texture
• Six lessons inspired by artists: Delaunay, Robert Indiana, Matisse, Magritte, Mondrian, Picasso

Hello just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The words in your post seem to be running off the screen in Safari. I’m not sure if this is a formatting issue or something to do with internet browser compatibility but I thought I’d post to let you know. The layout look great though! Hope you get the problem resolved soon. Cheers.
