Directions

Time needed: 45 minutes

  1. Draw the woman’s head and hair.

  2. Add her face, ear and hair lines.

  3. Draw her neck, shoulder and hand.

  4. Add an open book behind the hand.

  5. Draw the child’s head (it will look really large before the face and hair are added.)

  6. Add downward looking face on the child’s head.

  7. Draw the child’s hair, and collar of the dress.

  8. Finish the dress details and add a hand on the
    left side of the book. Erase the head line.

  9. Trace with a marker and fill with soft colors.
